Adolzfurt Castle

Schloss Adolzfurt+
Geschichte+
Mittelalterliche Ursprünge und hohelohischer Amtssitz
The former northeastern corner tower and the southern residential wing still bear witness to the former Adolzfurt Castle, which dates back to a medieval moated castle and served for a long time as the official residence of Hohenlohe. The castle was partially demolished in 1777, and the remaining parts were completely rebuilt. The complex has been in private ownership since the 19th century. The freestanding tower is crowned by a hexagonal dome.
