Das Palais Haunsperg – Ein historisches Gebäude in Laufen+
Geschichte des Palais+
Das Palais wurde im 15. und 16. Jahrhundert durch die Herren von Haunsperg erbaut. 1680 wechselte der Besitz an Maximilian Haidenthaller. 1700 wurde das Palais an das Bistum Salzburg verkauft. Ab 1702 diente das Palais als Sitz eines erzbischöflichen Pflegers. 1816 wurde es bayerisches Landgericht, 1862 Bezirksamt und 1939 Landratsamt. 1972 kauft das Palais die Stadt Laufen und nutzt es seit 1975 als Rathaus.
