Seckendorff Palace+
The Seckendorff Palace was built in 1724 by the master builder Johann Georg Hellbrunn for Imperial Count Friedrich Heinrich von Seckendorff. The most famous resident of the house was Friedrich Arnold Brockhaus, who worked in Altenburg from 1810 to 1817 and laid the foundation for his publishing house there. Today, the rooms are used by the theater.
