Bau und frühe Jahre
Das Schwarzes Schloss wurde 1575 von den Herren von Erffa erbaut. Spätere Besitzer waren die von Groß und von Wechmar. 1945 wurden die Besitzer durch die Kommunisten enteignet und vertrieben. Heute ist es, vollständig saniert, Eigentum der Gemeinde und enthält Wohneinheiten zum betreuten Wohnen.
