Weiler Castle
The small castle in Weiler, a district of Sinsheim in the Rhein-Neckar-Kreis (Baden-Württemberg), was built at the end of the 18th century.
This three-story plastered building with eight axes and a mansard roof stands on the main street of the village. It served as the official residence of the Lords of Venningen after they had abandoned Steinsberg Castle. Above the round-arched entrance, at the height of the second floor, is the alliance coat of arms of the builders, Carl Philipp von Venningen (1728−1797) and Maria Anna von Hutten zu Stolzenberg († 1781).
