- 1553 Division into a Lower Estate and Upper Estate between the brothers Andreas & Caspar von Heynitz
- Upper Estate owned by the v. Heynitz until 1600, then owned by a von Zetteritz, 1614 — 1630 by Hans von Cerdorff
- Lower Estate owned by a von Hirschfeld in 1567, then by a von Schaurott in 1621
- 1629/30 Georg Job von Koseritz buys both estates and reunites them
- 1675 - 1744 Owner Count Vitzthum von Ekstädt
- 1747 Construction of the elongated Baroque building with a large farmyard
