The Bussche-Streithorst Family
Schloss Bendeleben was built between 1897-98 by Helene Freifrau von dem Bussche-Streithorst. In 1945, the owners were dispossessed and expelled by the communists. In 1999, the castle was renovated, and in 2004, the castle hotel was opened.
