The Salis-Seewis Castle+

Built in 1630 (and extended in high Baroque forms in 1690), the castle of the Salis-Seewis family, which was destroyed in the village fire of 1863, now houses the municipal administration and also serves as a school building. In front of it, a monument was erected in 1902, commemorating the warlike events of 1622.
