Wasserschloss Schatthausen+

Wasserschloss Schatthausen is located in Schatthausen, a district of Wiesloch in the Rhein-Neckar-Kreis (Baden-Württemberg). The castle is a protected monument.

The moated castle was built after 1562 by the von Bettendorff family, presumably on the site of an earlier manor house. It was rebuilt several times and extended with a farmstead. The three-winged, three-story complex is now owned by the Göler von Ravensburg family and is surrounded by an intact moat.
