The Rannahof is a massive, two- and three-story, elongated building made of unplastered rubble masonry with a squat south tower, which has an enclosing wall to the south and west. The first documentary mention refers to the year 1410. In 1454, Hans von Neidegg donated the complex to the Paulinerkloster Niederranna. The essentially medieval building has stone-framed windows from the late 16th century. The massive south tower is crowned by a tent roof. The interior design was carried out in recent times.
