Kulla Gunnarstorp Castle

Kulla Gunnarstorp Castle (Kulla Gunnarstorps slott) is a castle in Helsingborg Municipality, Scania, in southern Sweden. Kulla Gunnarstorp was in the 15th Century mentioned in the family Parsberg. The ownership changed in the mid-16th Century by marriage to Jørgen Ottesen Brahe. He built the present castle. 1639 bought Axel Eriksen Rosenkrantz of Glimmingehus the possession. 1775 bought Count Gustaf Adolf Sparre the castle. After his death, the estate was inherited by his grandson, Count Gustav Adolf Frederick De la Gardie. After his death, the estate was inherited by his son Jacob De la Gardie. He sold 1837 Kulla Gunnarstorp to Carl De Geer of Leufsta. 1861 the property was inherited by his nephew Baltzar von Platen (1804-1875), who was renovating the castle. After his death, the estate was inherited by his daughter Elisabeth von Platen, married to Axel Wachtmeister of Vanas. 1978 inherited Gustav Trolle, son of Charlotte trolls (born Wachtmeiste) the possession.
