The History of the Building+

The castle was built in 1842-44 by Princess Konstantine Rasumofsky.

From the Beginnings to the Present Day+

The history of the castle is closely linked to the noble family of Rasumofsky. After the death of her husband, Princess Konstantine decided to build a new residence. The construction took two years and was completed in 1844.

Architectural Features

The castle is a prime example of neoclassical architecture. It features a symmetrical facade, large windows, and a representative entrance area. Inside, numerous historical details have been preserved, including stucco ceilings and original wooden floors.

The Castle Today+

Today, the castle serves as a museum and is open to the public. Visitors can explore the historical rooms and learn more about the life of the noble family. Regular exhibitions and events also take place.
