Ekebyholm Castle is near the city Rimbo, in the municipality of Norrtälje on the beach of Lake stitching. The property belonged to the family Oxenstierna from 1523 to 1643. By 1600, the castle was built by Bengt Bengtsson Oxenstierna. From 1643 to 1716, the Lords of horn were the owners of the castle. By 1700, the Privy Council Arvid Horn had rebuilt the castle in its present form. 1724 Arvid Horn bought the castle. It remained in the family until 1828. In 1932 the castle was sold. Now serves as a school.
