History of the Castle+
One of the oldest mentions of the castle dates back to 1256. The current moated castle complex was built in the 15th century. The manor house was rebuilt in 1606. It is a two-story brick building. On the exterior, there are two square towers placed diagonally. In the middle of the side facing the farmyard stands the large, square main tower (1606), to which the bridge leads. The five-sided outer bailey now only has an elongated wing on one side, through which access to the main building leads.
