Altjeßnitz Castle is a castle complex in Altjeßnitz, Saxony-Anhalt, only partially preserved.

The castle was built starting in 1699. The builders were the Barons von Ende. A three-winged complex was created. A striking feature is a tower with a square base located above the gate entrance. The upper floor of the tower is octagonal. In 1854, the complex was renovated.

A fire started by arson in 1946 destroyed larger parts of the complex. Demolition work followed in April 1975. Parts were rebuilt, albeit significantly altered.

The castle included the landscape garden with the preserved Altjeßnitz Maze.
