Pirk Manor

Pirk Manor

To be privately owned

Pirk is first mentioned in a document in 1378 and was, as an outwork of Hohenburg Türbel, owned by Eberhardus von Türbel. Later, Türbel became an outwork of Pirk. Ownership changed in 1418 to Nickel von Weischlitz and in 1749 until their expropriation and expulsion by the communists in 1945 to the von Hüttner family (ennobled by the Saxon king in 1912). During the GDR era, the manor house served as a cooperative store and residential building.
