Residential and commercial building

The Neumuckershausen manor was owned by the von Zehmen family and was subordinate to the Muckern manor, which no longer exists today. Ownership changed in 1598 to Franz Romanus, later to Conrad Knorr, then to Heinrich Zobel, in 1695 to Georg Neithardt, in 1699 to the König family, in 1730 to the Rivinus family, in 1802 to Karl von Haugk, in 1812 to the Teichmann family and in 1879 to Friedrich Henkß. The latter had the current manor house built in 1883 on the walls of the previous building. Ownership then changed in 1887 to Max Oertel, in 1920 to Willi Boden and in 1937 to AG Sächsische Werke. In 1945, the owners were dispossessed by the communists. After this, the house served as a school until 1992.
