Manor House Nadelwitz+
History+
The settlement of Nadelwitz was first mentioned in 1345 as the manor Nadillicz. In 1491, the estate was referred to as a knight's seat. In the 16th century, the knight's estate was subordinate to the city of Bautzen. The manor house was built around 1870. In 1901, the estate was owned by the Falke family. They were dispossessed and expelled by the communists in 1945. After this, the house served as an agricultural vocational school. In 1978, the manor house was used as an artist's residence. Since 1995, the manor house has been in private ownership.
