The Marienkapelle (St. Mary's Chapel) in Würzburg is a Gothic church building on the Unterer Markt. Despite its size, it is ecclesiastically a chapel.

Construction began in 1377 by the citizens of the city on the remains of a Jewish synagogue destroyed during the persecution of Jews at the time of the Black Death in 1349 and was completed after about 100 years.

During the bombing of Würzburg on March 16, 1945, the chapel was severely damaged and completely burned out. The interior was modernly designed during the restoration in 1948–61.

Notable artworks include Adam and Eve at the market portal (1498), the tomb of Knight Konrad von Schaumberg in the interior (all by Tilman Riemenschneider), figures of Jesus, the Twelve Apostles, and John the Baptist from the Riemenschneider workshop, and the reliquary bust of Aquilin, the only saint born in Würzburg. Among the burial sites of important Würzburg citizens is that of Balthasar Neumann.

On May 1, 2013, six new bells from the Passau foundry Perner were consecrated. They ring in the tones F#'-G#'-A#'-B'-C#'-D#'.
