Zinzow Manor

Zinzow was an old possession of the von Schwerin family, initially as an appurtenance to Putzar. Later, the estate, with 1119 ha, became an independent estate of one of the many lines of the Schwerins. The representative manor house stands, as was customary at the time, somewhat apart from the estate complex in the park. The building is a two-story plastered structure over a basement with a stepped and extended mansard roof. It was built in 1908 in the Neo-Baroque style by Maximilian Graf von Schwerin. On the courtyard and garden sides, there is a three-axis central risalit with colossal pilasters, that of the courtyard front with a flat round-arched gable and coat of arms relief. The extensive park was also created with the castle.

In 1945, Jürgen Werner Graf von Schwerin was dispossessed and expelled by the communists.

Since 1997, the castle has been private property. Guest rooms have been created in the castle. Exhibitions and concerts take place here. The business also includes the manor farm with a distillery, which is a technical monument.
