The manor house is a two-story plastered building with a hipped roof. The facade is structured by simple cornices and window frames. A striking feature is the central risalit on the garden side, which is crowned by a triangular gable. Inside, some historical details such as stucco ceilings and wall paneling have been preserved.

Currently, the manor house is empty and in need of renovation. There are efforts to find a new use for the building and to preserve it as a cultural monument. Various concepts are being discussed, including use as a hotel, residential complex, or cultural center.

The manor house is embedded in a spacious park, which was probably laid out in the 19th century. Remnants of the original park design, such as old trees and a pond, are still recognizable today. The estate also includes several outbuildings, some of which are also in need of renovation.

Significance

The Schlauroth manor house is an important testimony to the architectural and cultural history of the region. Despite its current condition, it offers great potential for a future revitalization and could once again become a focal point of local life.
