The Manor House Ottersleben (Böckelmann Villa) was built in 1893 by the manufacturer, farmer, and manor owner Wilhelm August Böckelmann. In 1945, the owners were dispossessed and expelled by the communists. During the GDR era, the villa was used as a youth hostel. Currently, it houses a youth education center.
