1500 - 1800
The first manor house was built around 1500 by the Lords of Spil as a half-timbered house. Around 1680, ownership passed to Cuno Johann von Willmersdorff, who built the current manor house in Baroque style. In 1799, ownership passed to Carl Friedrich von Beyme. In 1841, the estate became an electoral domain office. Since 1949, the property has belonged to the city of Berlin.
