In the Alte Kirchstraße is the Arnstedtsche Hof, also known as Köhnscher Hof. The first owner around 1400 was a woman from Ranis, who made part of her property available to the church community for the construction of the "new" church and the creation of a churchyard. Historically particularly valuable is the gate system with courtyard wall and man's gate, built in 1605. The manor house was rebuilt in 1701 in the spacious park. In 1945, the owners were forcibly dispossessed by the communists.

This building, including the park, will be used as a daycare center in the future and thus represents another example of the preservation of historic farmsteads in the municipality of Barleben.
