Haus Ruhr+

Haus Ruhr is a noble seat in the Bösensell district of the municipality of Senden in the Coesfeld district. It dates back to a fiefdom that already existed in the 13th century. The complex from the 16th/17th century was redesigned from 1742 by the Westphalian Baroque master builder Johann Conrad Schlaun. The house houses a large archive of documents and writings as well as a book collection by Jodocus Hermann Nünning.
