History of the Building+
Wahlsdorf became an independent village with a noble estate, sheep farm, and windmill, which is still preserved today, starting in 1775. During the GDR era, the manor house, built in 1842, housed a school with an adjoining gymnasium. Since the reunification, the building has been used by the regional qualification association and as the seat of the culture and village association. Since 2005, it has housed a restaurant.
