Tützpatz Manor
Gutshaus Tützpatz is a manor house in Tützpatz in the Mecklenburg Lake District in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The listed building is currently vacant.
In 1776, Tützpatz, which until then had belonged to the von Maltzahn family, came into the possession of Karl Friedrich von Linden. In 1779, he had a new manor house built in the style of a Dutch Baroque castle. In 1785, the Tützpatz estate passed by inheritance to Georg Christian von Heyden, who changed his name to Heyden-Linden. The von Heyden-Linden family resided in Tützpatz until their expropriation in 1945.
In 1908, the manor house burned down. Albrecht von Heyden-Linden had it largely rebuilt true to the original. After 1945, apartments were set up, and it served as an agricultural vocational school, an agro-economic institute, and as the administrative seat of VEG Tützpatz. In the 1950s, the complex was renovated.
After the reunification, the vacant building came into private ownership. The windows were bricked up to protect against vandalism. A necessary renovation has not yet taken place.

The single-story, fifteen-axis plastered building has a developed mansard roof. The roof extensions, as well as the single-story pavilion on the south gable, date from the reconstruction period of 1908. On the park and courtyard sides, there are three-axis central risalits. The facades are richly structured. The elaborate stucco decoration is still largely preserved; in the segmental arch gables of the risalits, it was removed after 1945. The coats of arms of the von Linden and von Ramin families were located here.
East of the house is the former manor farm from the 18th century. The large farm buildings are partly used by local craft businesses.
The originally Baroque park located west of the manor house was transformed into an English-style landscape park in the 19th century. In the northwestern part, there is a pond with two islands. The tree population of the park includes lime trees, pines, Weymouth pines, and a weeping copper beech.
