Foundation and Construction+
- Erected on the site of an older Augustinian Hermitage monastery, abandoned in 1574 and destroyed in the first half of the 17th century.
- Founded in 1648 by Ádám Count Batthyány I and presumably built according to plans by the imperial court architect Philiberto Lucchese, occupied in 1649.
- Three-winged building, courtyard wall with portal with crenellated gable (17th century). Next to it, a gate with a curved gable (18th century). In the cloister, a Roman-era tombstone with inscription. Altar from the parish church, 1662. Remarkable library (manuscripts, incunabula, first editions, etc.)
