The Dreifaltigkeitskloster Laupheim was founded in 1966, making it a relatively young monastery. It featured contemporary buildings and a modern monastery church. In 2024, the original monastery was dissolved. However, the chapel and cloister were preserved and integrated into a new building, which now serves as a nursing home for 70 sisters. Among the residents are also sisters from the Heilig-Geist-Kloster in Wickede-Wimbern, which was dissolved on March 31, 2024. The sisters are involved in the active branch of the Steyl Mission Society and work in socio-charitable fields, including nursing, AIDS prevention, education, pastoral care, and media work.
