The remains of the Castle can be visited
Uhrovec Castle
Uhrovec Castle is dated on second half of XIII century. At the turn of century it was extended by Hungarian oligarch Matthew Csak. Further redevelopment (in renaissance style) took place in XVI century and it was founded by Zayov family. The castle, nonetheless was missed by the Turks invasion or homewars, run into a ruin because the owners abandoned it with the end of XVIII century.
