The Stein ruin is a former castle in the lower former village of Stein in Westernhausen, a district of the municipality of Schöntal in the Hohenlohekreis (Baden-Württemberg).
The castle was mentioned in 1305 with its destruction. The castle site, which was hidden under vegetation for several centuries, still shows minor remains of a residential tower.
