Das Gebäude stammt aus der Mitte des 19. Jahrhunderts und wurde im Stil der „Erzherzog-Johann-Häuser“ errichtet. Charakteristisch ist der portikusartig durch Säulen gestaltete überbaute Torbereich.
Das Gebäude wird auch als Brabeck-Haus bezeichnet. Es wird für das Buddhistische Zentrum Bad Gams benützt.
