The History of the Castle+
From the Middle Ages to the Early Modern Period+
The castle was owned by the Lords of Plankenfels from 1389 to 1586. In 1642, a renovation was carried out by Hans Friedrich Teuffel von Pirkensee.
19th and 20th Century+
In 1814, Baroness von Bernclau sold the castle to the Ruidisch family. Since 1938, the castle has been owned by the Lindner family.
