Museum
Old Propstei Manor

The Heimatmuseum Münstermaifeld is a regional museum in Münstermaifeld in the Rhineland-Palatinate district of Mayen-Koblenz.
The museum is housed in the premises of the old provostry and, in part, in various other objects in the city. It primarily presents various shops and workshops that are accessible to visitors. These include a colonial goods store, a tobacco shop, a hairdresser's, a ladies' hat shop, and a bakery, a stationery shop, a drugstore with a darkroom, a painter's, a wheelwright's, and a shoemaker's workshop, a saddlery, a tailor's shop, and an upholstery shop, as well as a classroom and a shooting room.
The objects and exhibits, which predominantly originate from Münstermaifeld or the immediate vicinity, document a period from 1900 to approximately 1950/1960. The museum is open five days a week from April to October.
