Dies war das Handelshaus des Ruprecht Trinker, der im 16. Jahrhundert bis Italien Handel trieb. Später war es im Besitz des Grafen Herberstorff, der das Haus an das Stift Kremsmünster verkaufte. Es besitzt eine spätbarocke Fassade. Das aus Steinquadern bestehende Portal ist von zwei Pfeilern mit Vasen flankiert. Darüber befindet sich das Wappen des Stiftes Kremsmünster.
